How it works

Three steps, and the customer is yours at the end of them.

Their Google listing
Your customer list
01

They tap Order on your Google listing

Your EZ Orders page opens in one tap - your logo, your menu, your prices. No app download, and no delivery app putting your competitor next to you.

02

They pay and leave their details

Checkout collects a name and number for pickup, and it's saved to your customer list. That list belongs to you. It's the part DoorDash never hands over.

03

The relationship is yours to keep

Every regular is a row you own and can export any time - the foundation you build repeat business on, instead of renting access to your own customers from a delivery app.

What the owner sees
Order total$14.31
Card processing−$0.71
EZ Orders$0.00
You keep$13.60

The $1.00 service fee sits on the customer's side of the order. What you make is untouched.

Every order adds a name and number to a list you can see grow in real time, right inside the dashboard. And the whole customer list is yours to export any time - so when you're ready to reach people directly, you already own the audience.

Why it pays

The math on a $14 coffee order.

Same order, three ways to sell it. Each card shows what lands in your bank on one order, and then what lands there after 300 of them in a month.

Delivery app
$10.10
you keep on one order · ~30% cut of the order
$3,030
at 300 orders a month · $4.21 an order goes to them

They own the customer. You get an order, not a regular.

Ordering platform at $499/mo
$13.60
you keep on one order · the same per order
$3,581
at 300 orders a month · after the $499 bill

The per-order number matches ours. The monthly bill is the whole difference, and it arrives in a slow month too.

EZ Orders
$13.60
you keep on one order · nothing taken from you
$4,080
at 300 orders a month · no bill to subtract

The service fee sits on the customer's line. Nothing comes off what you made on the food.

That is $1,050 a month more than the delivery app, and $499 a month more than the subscription platform. Against the delivery app the gap is the cut itself. Against the subscription platform you keep the identical $13.60 per order, and the difference is only the bill, which is why it is the same $499 whether you sell 300 orders or 30.

Illustrative on a $14.31 order after card fees, at 300 orders a month. Delivery app rates vary by agreement, and so does what a platform quotes you.

What you get

Everything on one account.

Ordering page

Your logo, hero photo, and colors on a page built to load fast on a phone in line. Installs to the home screen if they want it there.

Menu you control

Add items, change prices, mark the soup sold out. Changes are live the second you save - no ticket to a support desk.

Customer list

Every order adds a name and number to your list. Export it whenever you want. It's yours, not ours.

Storefront analytics

See how many people open your menu, how many go on to order, and where the orders come from. Every number is yours, in your dashboard.

Live order tracking

Every order gets its own tracking link the customer can keep - order status, pickup details, and your address, long after the tab closes.

Orders dashboard

New orders land on your screen with items, time, and total. No POS integration required to start taking orders today.

Add it up

What this would cost you as separate subscriptions.

Most restaurants end up paying for five or six of these at once, each on its own bill, each renewing on its own date. Here they are in one place, and the place is free.

Typical published prices for tools restaurants commonly use, per location. They change, and some bundle things together differently. The exact total is not the point: the point is that none of it is on your bill here.

Side by side

Same toolkit. Different bill.

A delivery app takes its money out of your sales. A subscription platform takes it out of your bank account. We take ours from the customer's order, and they see it before they pay.

Questions

The ones owners ask first.

So what does it actually cost me?

Nothing. There's no subscription and we take no cut of your sales. A small service fee is added to the customer's order at checkout, shown to them before they pay, and that's what funds the platform. You still cover your own card fees, same as always.

Won't a fee scare customers off?

It's sized to disappear: about $1-2 on a normal order, and it only scales up on unusually large ones. Fees on a phone checkout are familiar now, and it's shown as its own line rather than buried in the prices.

I already add my own surcharge. Does this stack?

It can, and we'd rather talk about it upfront than surprise you. Our fee stays small and proportional. If you're already running a card surcharge, we'll walk through how the order reads before you launch.

Do I need a new POS or tablet?

No POS, and no printer unless you want one. Orders arrive as an email, so the laptop or phone you already own is a complete setup you can finish on your own tonight. What we recommend on top is a tablet on a stand by the pass showing nothing but orders - use a spare tablet if you have one, or the pair we recommend is about $75 from Amazon, bought by you at Amazon's price. We do not resell them and make nothing on them. Nothing to install either way, and a free Android app for the tablet is coming.

How do customers find my ordering page?

You paste your link into your Google Business Profile, your Instagram bio, and a QR code on the counter. When someone taps “Order online” on your Google listing, your page opens - your logo, your menu, your prices, with nobody in between.

Can I leave and take my customer list?

Yes. Export it any time, including on your way out. Owning that list is the entire point - holding it hostage would defeat it.
