Come to your setup call and we send you the tablet, stand and your QR posters, free.It is the setup we recommend, and it is optional - email on the phone you own is free and works today. How it works
Everything it does

The whole thing, in detail.

Every part of the product, what it does, and what it does not do. 29 features, the honest limits, and exactly what happens between a customer tapping your link and money reaching your bank. Nothing here is a teaser for a higher tier, because there isn't one.

01

Your ordering page

The page your customers actually order from, and what it does for them.

A page of your own

Your name, your logo, your food, your prices, and nobody else's restaurant on it.

Customers open a link and order. There is no app for them to download and no account they have to make. It loads fast on a phone, which is where nearly all of it happens, and it can be saved to a home screen like an app if they want.

Five looks, and your own colour

Pick a style, set your accent colour, and the whole page follows it.

You are choosing a look, not building a website. The layout is fixed on purpose - it is the one we know converts - so there is no way to accidentally end up with a page that does not work on a phone. One of the five follows the customer's own light or dark setting.

See changes before anyone else does

The editor shows your real page updating as you type.

It is not a mock-up that might look different once saved: it is your actual storefront, previewing edits you have not committed. Nothing is public until you save, and customers cannot reach a preview.

Your own web address

Point a domain you own at your page and that is the only address customers see.

Once it is verified, every link we make uses your address - order tracking pages, receipts, QR codes, all of it. We handle the certificate, and an apex domain gets its www twin set up alongside it so nobody hits a security warning.

A QR code and a link, ready to use

For the counter, the window, the table, your Instagram bio and your Google listing.

Generated for you, no design work needed. The Google listing is the one that matters most: putting your link there is worth more to your order count than everything else put together, and we walk you through it.

03

Taking orders

What happens between a customer paying and them walking out with food.

A live order board

New orders appear on their own, with a sound, without anyone refreshing.

It shows the food, the options, the customer's note, the pickup time and the total. You accept, cook, and mark it ready. It is a web page, so it runs on the laptop, phone or tablet you already own.

Two ways to be told, and email is in both

Email only, or printer and email.

There is deliberately no printer-only option. Paper jams, runs out and gets unplugged, and an inbox has no moving parts. Your own login address is always on the recipient list and cannot be removed, and you can add as many other inboxes as you need.

Kitchen printing

Tickets print in the kitchen the second an order is paid for.

The printer talks to us over your internet on its own - no computer or tablet in between and nothing to install. Tickets carry a rolling number so your line can call them out. If the printer stops answering, orders keep arriving by email and your dashboard tells you it is offline.

A tracking page for every customer

They get a link showing where their order is, so nobody stands at your counter asking.

No login needed - the link is the key. It shows your address, your phone number as digits they can read, and directions if we know where you are.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund a whole order or a single item off it, in a couple of taps.

Every change is recorded with a time and a reason, so a dispute weeks later has an actual timeline behind it rather than somebody's memory. Refunds are capped at what was paid, and a failed one is shown to you rather than swallowed.

Order history you can search

Every order you have ever taken, searchable, with what happened to it.

Including what was printed and when. When a customer says they ordered something they did not, this is the answer.

04

Money

Who pays what, where it goes, and whose bank account it lands in.

No monthly bill and no commission

We take no percentage of your sales and send you no invoice.

A $500 day and a $50 day cost you the same: nothing. A small service fee is added to the customer's ticket at checkout instead, shown to them as its own line before they pay. That is what funds the platform.

The money is yours from the moment it is paid

Card payments go to your own account and into your own bank.

We never hold your takings. Payments run through Stripe on an account in your name, and payouts follow Stripe's schedule straight to your bank. Nobody here can sit on your money, including us.

Or take cash at the counter

Turn card payments off and customers pay you when they collect.

The whole product works this way too. You can turn cards on later without redoing anything.

The fee is disclosed, always

Customers see it before they pay and again on the receipt.

It is around $1 to $2 on a normal order and only scales up on unusually large ones. It is generated as its own line and cannot be edited out of a receipt by anyone, including us.

05

Your customer list

The part that is actually the point: an asset you own and can take with you.

A name and number from every order

Built automatically as you trade, with what each person has ordered before.

This is the thing a delivery app never gives you. It is the difference between renting access to your own customers and owning the relationship.

Download it whenever you want, including on the way out

Export the lot to a spreadsheet, any time, no questions.

Holding your list hostage would defeat the entire point of the product, so there is nothing to ask for and nobody to ring.

Bring a list you already have

Upload a spreadsheet of customers and it merges with what you have.

It shows you what it will do before it does it, and an import can be undone - anyone who has since ordered is kept, so undoing never puts a hole in your own order history.

Tags, filters and saved groups

Group your regulars, your lunch trade, whoever you like.

Search by what they spent, when they last came in, how often, or a tag you made up. Save a search and it stays there.

Email your own customers

Your list, your message, sent by you.

We only ever email your customers about their own order - the confirmation, the ready notice, a refund. We never advertise to your list, and we do not sell it or share it. Everything we send carries a working unsubscribe, and anyone who opts out stays opted out.

06

Running the place

The parts that matter once you have been open a few months.

Numbers that answer a question

What sells, when you are busy, what a customer is worth, and how many visits become orders.

Including how people found you and where they gave up. Reckoned in your own timezone, so 'yesterday' means what you mean by yesterday.

Logins for your staff

Everyone gets their own, by invite.

A shared login means your order history cannot tell you who did what when something is disputed. Invites are single-use, and we never store a usable copy of one.

More than one location

Run several under one brand, switch between them, and report on one, some or all.

Each location keeps its own menu, hours and orders. You are not forced to run them as one restaurant or as strangers.

Help you can actually reach

Written answers, a ticket that goes to a person, and a call if it needs one.

The help centre is open while you are still setting up, which is when people need it most. Tickets are read by a person, not a bot with a script.

We set it up with you

A free call where we go through your menu, hours, orders and payments together - and you get the tablet, stand and your printed posters for turning up.

It is a short meeting to check we are a good fit for each other, not a sales pitch, and nothing is sold to you on it. Turn up and we send you a tablet and counter stand, plus printed posters and table cards carrying your own QR code, free and yours to keep, with nothing to buy.

Your screen

The tablet, the stand and your posters, free when you come to the meeting.

Ask us what setup to run and the answer is always the same: a tablet on a stand by the pass, showing nothing but orders, with email arriving underneath it as the backup. Come to your setup call and both are free.

Recommended

The tablet on the counter, plus email

Free if you come to your setup call, along with posters and table cards for the shop - you buy nothing and no card is asked for. Otherwise about $95 for the pair, bought from Amazon yourself.

This is the setup we recommend and the one that works best in a real kitchen: one screen that does nothing but show orders, so a ticket is never competing with somebody's texts. Email keeps arriving underneath it as the backup.

You need: Somewhere to stand it near the kitchen, and a plug.

Also fine

Email only, on what you already own

Free. Nothing to buy, nobody to talk to.

The whole product works this way, and plenty of restaurants run on it happily. Sign up tonight, take orders in the morning, never speak to us. The catch is that an order is one notification among all the others on a phone somebody is also using for everything else.

You need: A phone, tablet or laptop you already have, and somebody watching that inbox during service.

Also fine

A kitchen printer as well

You buy the printer. We do not sell them and make nothing on them.

Paper tickets on the rail, the way a kitchen already works. Email still arrives as the backup when the roll runs out.

You need: A cloud-connected receipt printer and ten minutes to pair it during setup.

It is a recommendation, not a requirement. If you would rather not, orders arrive as an email on the phone or laptop you already own - free, nothing to buy, no call to book, and you can set the whole thing up on your own.

  • What we tell everybody to do: put a tablet on a stand by the pass, so orders have a screen of their own. It is what works best when the kitchen is busy.
  • Come to your setup call and we post you that tablet and stand. You buy nothing at all - no card, no deposit, nothing to pay for shipping, and nothing to send back later. You have to actually turn up, and that is the only condition there is.
  • We put posters and table cards in the same box, printed with your own QR code. Stick them in the window and on the tables and people can scan and order while they are standing in your shop.
  • The call is not a sales pitch. It is a short meeting so we can check your restaurant is a fit and you can ask us anything. Nobody will try to sell you something on it.
  • You are not forced into any of it. Orders can come to you as an email on the phone or laptop you already have. That is free too, it is the whole thing working, and you can set it up on your own without ever talking to us.
  • Do not want a call? Fine. Nothing about your account changes. If you still want the recommended setup, you buy the same tablet and stand yourself from Amazon at Amazon's price. We make nothing on them.
  • Want tickets printing in the kitchen too? Buy a cloud printer and pair it during setup. That one is always yours to buy - we do not sell printers.
  • Right now the tablet is not an app. It opens your orders page in its browser, like any website. Your own laptop or phone works the same way.
  • An Android app for the tablet is coming soon, and it will be free. You download it onto the tablet you already have. Nothing you set up now gets thrown away.

The call is also just the easiest way to get set up. We go through your menu, your hours, how orders reach your kitchen and getting you paid, together, in one sitting.

The setup call is a short meeting for us to make sure we are a good fit for each other, and for you to ask us anything. We set your restaurant up while we are on it. Nothing is sold to you on the call and nobody asks you for a card.

What you are not asked for

  • The tablet, the stand and the printed material cost you nothing. Not the units, not the printing, not the shipping, and nothing on the call.
  • No card, no deposit, no invoice, and no card details are asked for at any point.
  • Nothing to send back, ever. It is yours to keep even if you stop using us the week after.
  • No contract, no minimum number of orders, and no trial that turns into a bill.
  • No sales pitch on the call. It is a short meeting to check we are a fit for each other.
  • A kitchen printer is the one thing we do not send. It is optional, most restaurants never buy one, and if you want one you buy it yourself - we do not sell printers and make nothing on them.
Book my setup call

Android tablet

Free if you attend

A 10-inch tablet that sits by the pass and shows new orders as they come in. It is the screen your kitchen watches during service.

Or buy it yourself, around $70

Counter stand

Free if you attend

An adjustable stand that holds the tablet up at the counter so nobody has to prop it against the till.

Or buy it yourself, around $25

Posters and table cards

In the same box

We also send printed material for the shop, free: posters for the window and the till, and table cards for the counter and the tables. Every one has your own QR code on it, so a customer can scan and order while they are standing in front of you.

  • Posters for the window and behind the till, with your QR code.
  • Table cards for the counter and the tables, with the same code.
  • All printed and posted to you with the tablet, at no cost.

For now the tablet runs the website version - your dashboard in its browser. Nothing to install, and the same dashboard opens on any laptop or phone you already own. An Android app you can download onto the tablet is coming soon, and it will be free too.

Coming soon: the Android app

An Android app for the tablet is coming soon. It will be free, you will download it onto the same tablet, and it does the same job as the website does today - just quicker to open. Nothing you set up now has to be redone.

Start to finish

What actually happens when someone orders.

In order, from them finding you to the money being in your bank.

  1. 1

    A customer finds you

They search your name, tap Order Online on your Google listing, scan the QR on your counter, or follow the link in your bio. Your page opens - your logo, your menu, your prices.

  2. 2

    They order

They pick their food, choose options, leave a note if they want, and give a name, a phone number and optionally an email. No account, no app.

  3. 3

    They pay

By card at checkout, or at your counter if that is how you run it. The service fee is shown as its own line before they pay. Card money goes to your own account.

  4. 4

    You are told, within seconds

The order appears on your board with a sound, lands in every inbox on your list, and prints in the kitchen if you have a printer. All three, not one of them.

  5. 5

They can see where it is

They get a tracking link with your address, your phone number and directions. Nobody has to stand at your counter asking.

  6. 6

You cook it and mark it ready

They are emailed the moment you do. If something is off, you can mark one item unavailable and refund just that line.

  7. 7

    They collect

You mark it collected. If they never turn up, that is recorded too, with a time.

  8. 8

    You keep the customer

Their name, number and what they ordered are on your list from that moment, and the list is yours to download whenever you want.

  9. 9

    The money reaches your bank

On Stripe's payout schedule, from your own account. We never held it.

Straight about it

What it does not do.

Every platform has a gap. Ours is here rather than in the small print, because finding it after you have signed up is worse for both of us.

No delivery

This is pickup only. Customers collect from you. Plenty of restaurants run this alongside a delivery app and move their regulars over slowly.

No table service

No table numbers, no ordering at the table, no splitting a bill between seats.

No reservations

We do not take bookings for your dining room. The only calendar here is for calls with us.

It does not replace your till

This sits beside whatever you already use for walk-ins. It does not run your front of house.

No text messages

Everything to your customers goes by email. There is no SMS.

No loyalty or points scheme

You get the customer list and can email it. There is no stamp card built in.

No stock, rotas or accounting

It counts orders and customers, not inventory or staff hours.

If you need one of these, tell us anyway. What owners ask for is how we decide what to build next, and we would rather hear it than have you sign up and find out. Send us a message.

That is the whole product.

No higher tier, no feature held back, no monthly bill and no cut of your sales. Create the account, add your menu, put the link on your Google listing.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and, if you accept, to measure which adverts bring restaurant owners here. Decline and only the sign-in ones are set. This is our own site only, never a restaurant's ordering page. What we store
